The Delicious DIY Smoothie Bowl That's Super Easy To Make

We all love a smoothie bowl and we all love quick meals, right? Well, @papayasfood did us a favor and combined the two which resulted in the prettiest bowl ever! It's super adaptable for everyone and no measuring required. Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • frozen banana
  • frozen cauliflower
  • cashew milk
  • chocolate protein powder
  • almond butter
  • Vive Superfood Cookie Bites, your choice of flavor!
  • fruit toppings, your pick again

Directions: 

  1. Blend frozen banana, about 1/2 cup cauliflower (eyeballing it is fine), almond butter, as much or as little protein powder as you like and enough cashew milk to thin the mixture out to your desired consistency. Add more of any ingredient until you get the texture and flavor you're looking for and remember to taste it along the way to see what you want more of!
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite fruits, nut butters, Vive Bites, etc! @papayasfood chose strawberries, raspberries, quinoa puffs, Vanilla Almond Coconut Superfood Cookie Bites and a drizzle of almond butter over the whole thing!
  3. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!
